Sending books and DVDs to NGO workers in Africa isn't cheap, and thanks to recent legislation in the US, international parcels can now only be sent via Priority Mail, which means Mom is spending three to four times as much money sending me packages that I may or may not ever receive.

Doing so will help satiate the voracious appetite of NGO workers for E. Annie Proulx, Karen Blixen and Carrie Bradshaw. Don't just to it for me, do it for all the people I share my books and movies with.
